  • 1 medium banana (frozen, ideally) Chopped into 1-inch pieces and frozen for at least 1-2 hours.
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt Can be substituted with coconut or almond yogurt for a dairy-free option.
For the toppings
  • to taste sliced strawberries For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by chopping the banana into 1-inch pieces and freeze them for at least 1-2 hours, or preferably overnight.
Blending
  1. In a food processor fitted with a standard S blade, add the frozen banana, strawberries, pineapple, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Process everything together for about 2-4 minutes, stopping halfway to scrape down the sides using a plastic spatula for an even blend.
Serving
  1. Once the mixture reaches a smooth consistency, scoop it into individual bowls.
  2. Add your favorite toppings, and dig in immediately for the best experience!

Notes
