- Gently stir the mixture to scramble the eggs with the potatoes and any meat until fully cooked.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, cover the skillet, and let it sit for about a minute to melt the cheese.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving warm.
Notes
